About Me

Hi, I'm Lindsay. To tell you a little about me, I am a Christian, a wife, a mother of five girls, a homeschool graduate, a homeschooling mom, a young-earth creationist, and a biologist. I started blogging in order to post my thoughts on a variety of worldview topics. These include such things as inalienable rights, conservatism, marriage and family, creation/evolution, abortion, Biblical apologetics, and Bible study. I also post recipes from time to time.

My purpose on this blog is to discuss and defend a Biblical worldview in a logical and easy-to-understand way. I especially want to give Christians information and ready-made arguments that will assist them in thinking about and sharing the Biblical worldview. In this world where the Biblical worldview is under attack, it is important that we are equipped to defend our views by using rational and consistent arguments, and that we train our children to do the same. It is my hope that my writing will encourage Christians to do this (and provide food-for-thought for those who disagree).

I also have another blog, The Rational Abolitionist, which I write with my husband, Doug. In it, we make a case for the abolition of abortion based on science and logic.

If you're new to my blog, you may want to read this series of posts, which form a foundation for much of what I write:

The Inalienable Rights Series
Part 1: What are Inalienable Rights?
Part 2: The Source of Inalienable Rights

Part 4: Government by Consent of the Governed
