Chicken Breasts
2/3 cup Sour Cream1/2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice (optional)
1/8 tsp Salt (optional)
1-1/2 cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Cut the chicken breasts into strips (about 6-8 per breast).
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, Worchestershire sauce, lemon juice, and salt. Dip
chicken strips in sour cream mixture and then coat in seasoned bread crumbs. Bake
at 375○F for
30 minutes.
